Terms of use

Last updated: 13 August 2026

These terms explain what Snap Funding is, what we do for you, and what we don’t. Snap Funding is a trading brand of Revelle Capital Limited (company number 15190066, registered office 14/2e Docklands Business Centre, 10-16 Tiller Road, London, England, E14 8PX).

What we are

We are a credit broker, not a lender. We arrange finance for UK limited companies and LLPs through one of our lending partners. We do not lend money ourselves, and we do not make lending decisions. The lender makes its decision using its own criteria, and the decision is entirely theirs.

Our lending partners

We arrange your finance through one of our lending partners rather than comparing every product on the market, and you may be able to find other finance products elsewhere that suit you better. We share the lender’s full details with you during your application, before anything is sent to them.

How we are paid

We may receive a commission from the lender if your loan completes and you draw money down. Before you draw any money, we will tell you in writing the actual amount of commission we will receive, in pounds. You do not pay us anything directly.

Who can use this service

Our service is available to UK registered limited companies and LLPs that have been trading for 12 months or more. It is not available to sole traders, to partnerships, or to consumers. Applications are made by a director or member with authority to act for the business, and all borrowing is for business purposes.

No advice, no obligation

We do not give financial advice or recommendations. Any offer you receive comes from the lender, and whether to accept it is entirely your decision. You are under no obligation at any point, and you can withdraw your application at any time before you accept an offer.

Your information

How we handle your information, including the credit check that the lender runs and our fraud prevention duties, is set out in our privacy policy.

Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. Providing false or misleading information in a finance application may be fraud, and will result in your application being declined.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, we want to know. Our complaints page sets out how to raise a complaint and what happens next.

Regulatory status

Revelle Capital Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We broker unregulated business lending to limited companies and LLPs only, which does not require FCA authorisation. This is why our service is not available to sole traders or small partnerships.
